- Can you repair my existing sea wall or do I need a full replacement?
- Often we can repair. If the panels are sound and only the cap, tiebacks, or backfill have failed, we rehabilitate the wall. When the panels are spalling or the wall is leaning, we'll walk you through replacement options and what the permit requires.
- Do I need a permit to repair a sea wall in Tampa Bay?
- Yes — waterfront work typically requires permits from the Florida DEP, the Army Corps of Engineers, and your county. We handle the full submission and coordinate the required marine survey and elevation certificates.
