West Bay Builders was founded in Oldsmar in 2014 to answer a specific frustration: a general contractor who would actually run the project like one — single point of accountability, real schedules, clean close-outs.
Eleven years later we’re a team of field-led builders delivering high-craft residential remodels and commercial build-outs from Tampa to Clearwater. We hold our own calendar, run our own superintendents, and own every punch-list item we write.

Weekly written updates. One superintendent on-site daily. Change orders in writing before work happens. Never a surprise on payment day.
